Our Castings Services

Die Casting
Metal casting process that is characterized by forcing molten metal under pressure into a Mold cavity. In die castings, we cast parts out of zinc, copper, aluminium, magnesium, lead, and tin-based alloys. Depending on the type of metal being cast, a hot- or cold-chamber machine is used. Specialized in casting and machining medium to high volumes and tolerances range from few microns to moderate criticality. Capable to produce castings in of pressure die casting and gravity die casting processes.

Investment Casting / Lost wax casting
Investment casting is a manufacturing process in which a wax pattern is coated with a refractory ceramic material. Once the ceramic coating material is dry and hardened, the wax is melted out and leaves an internal cavity the shape of the final product’s geometry. We choose this process for parts requiring smooth and fine surface finishes, complex shapes, internal cavities, and thin walls that are challenging for other casting methods. We cast most of steel grades in this process.

Sand Casting
Cavity formed in lightly bonded sand to form a temperature-resilient and reliable tool to allow molten metal to be formed into complex parts. It is also the most versatile, has the lowest setup cost, and is the easiest and most cost-effective to modify. Because of these features, sand casting is ideally suited for making low and medium volume production castings and converting welded parts to castings. We cast Iron, steel, aluminium, bronze, magnesium, zinc and tin using this process.

Centrifugal Casting
The method to produce pipes or tubes by pouring molten metal into a rapidly spinning cylindrical Mold in which centrifugal force from the rotation exerts pressure on the molten metal. Centrifugal casting is important for its ability to yield components characterized by high material integrity and soundness. The centrifugal forces that distribute the molten metal to the walls of the Mold achieve a uniform material distribution around the circumference of the part. Typical metals cast are iron, steel, stainless steels, and alloys of nickel, aluminium, and copper, magnesium.

Lost Foam Casting
Lost-foam casting (LFC) is a type of evaporative-pattern casting process that is similar to investment casting except foam is used for the pattern instead of wax. This process takes advantage of the low boiling point of polymer foams to simplify the investment casting process by removing the need to melt the wax out of the Mold. Aluminium alloys, steels, and nickel alloys are casted by this process. Castings with high precision and greater aesthetics are best suite and slightly expensive to lost wax process.
